Added the info to the BOE schedule page. Added meeting minutes for 10/7/09. Sent out Twitter and Facebook notifications reminding people to sign up for the e-News Going Green program. Updated Community Outreach page with GNHS Wrestling info, and removed a lot of past flyers. Added info on a Chili's fundraiser on the PC news page, upcoming events, etc. Also contacted Chili's Corporate to request use of their logo on our fundraising page. Checking into issues with PV imovie, PowerSchool javascript errors. Setup and ran MV and AV e-News notifications regarding Halloween/Fall activity cancelations. Updated Twitter and Facebook notifications also. Updated the green pages with e-News and archive page. Sent out Twitter, FaceBook and e-News reminders about the BOE meeting. Updated all web stats and email metrics. Added new links to the student ed links in science, history and space. Added new fundraising pages for MV programs: Coke Rewards and Office Max Recycling. Updated the MV fundraising page to add the links. Working on SEO through Google site verification. All issues stem from wiki/iweb pages out of district control. No HTML issues, no malware, both addresses are verified. Also working through broken link issues on the student ed link pages. In doing so came up with the stat that there are 791 internal links and 1,487 external page links. Kinda interesting. Linked up the stream for the BOE meeting. Evening: Began the staff listing page redesigns with PV school. Also created list of users for AV e-News, and worked on D46 logo files. Took down the stream info and reinstated the homepage. Removed the Powerschool outage notice from the home page and school pages. WV and MV e-News mailings went out this AM. Set up a metrics table for the e-News mailings to track opens, sends, and clicks per group type. Updated MV headnav with link change to World to Discover page. Took photos at 5 of the 7 buildings (very cold!) and coded those in to the homepage photo rotation. New photo every 2 minutes! Also setup Flickr account for district photos. Check it out if you don't want to hit that refresh button every 2 minutes to see the photos.
