Setting up trials of email marketing programs being evaluated. We expect to have this in place for the beginning of the school year. So far looks promising - just need time to finish the setups.

Update homepage with GMS Jump Up Program info. Added registration links and school start dates on district homepage. Twittered the major updates from the last couple of days. Updated all school news pages - archived the 08/09 info and added registration and other school specific news on respective pages. Updated the early release times for PC, GMS, FS to 11:30am. Updated the Health/Welfare page on the staff intranet. Moved 07/08 and 08/09 BOE agendas, minutes, and videos to archive, updated links on those BOE pages.

Had meeting regarding the shift from Atlas curriculum mapping to self-hosted. Will set up pages for the subject areas/grade levels and populate with data in August.

Updated employment page to modify substitute teacher contact info. Made pdfs of various forms for the food service, business office. Updated General page on the staff intranet to include new course approval forms. Updated the Curriculum Coordinating Council group email address. Updated district headnav file to reorder the BOE pages, and District pages. Also added Registration page to District drop down. Added new Registration page and blurb on the homepage.

Updated the assessment schedule for 09/10 on the Curriculum page. Added PV and PC school supply lists for 09/10. All school's supply lists should now be online. Added info on the Avon summer reading program to the Avon News page. Updated the Disitrct, Curriculum and Pupil Services pages with staff/info changes. Added Student Ed Links for History (6), Math (1), Language Arts (1), and Science (6).

Checking PC and AV Twitter feeds - some issues with link length cutoff. Developed custom tiny URLs for all schools in anticipation of use. Emailed links to PC and AV for use. Updated district transportation page.

Changed the BOE "Stream Today" button for 4PM meeting. Updated homepage, made Twitter buttons for the rest of the schools in anticipation of use. Modified the AV header graphic to remove Koala. Updated AV pages with new header, remove Koala references, add Twitter link.

Created the BOE stream buttons for 09/10 school year general meetings. Created BOE stream button for 071509 special meeting. Updated script on the homepage for special meeting inclusion.

Attended BOE meeting in the evening - modified 12 pages (super, super022309, super031309, super121208, business, school-gms, schools, district, gms-staff, health, tech, transportation). Requested supply lists from GMS, PC, FS, PV, MV.
