Space Podcasting Project - June 2008
The second grade students and teachers worked with Mrs. Tebussek, the art teacher, and Mrs. Innes, the Information Specialist, to create these claymations. Students used the Internet to conduct Webquests to research and gather facts about the planets. They took their favorite facts and shared them in their narrative that they recorded in iMovie. In Art class, students created their people and planet surfaces under the guidance of Mrs. Tebussek and Mrs. Innes. Students then took step by step still pictures, stop motion animation, to be compiled into their iMovie. Students then added their narrative and planet pictures to finish their productions. Parents gave students special permission to have their own personalities star in these productions! We hope you enjoy them and become planetary experts just like us!
