PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal
The CCSD46 PowerSchool Portal will be opening on Monday, March 16, 2009 for parents and students in grades 5-8. Parents/Guardians will be receiving a letter home in the mail with login information and passwords which will enable access to their student's school information.

The 8th grade students of CCSD 46 are offered the opportunity to participate in an outstanding tour of Washington D.C., along with a special excursion to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, on June 14-18, 2009.

The GMS/Park 8th Grade Celebration committee presents "Family Dinner Night" at Divino Cafe on Center Street in Grayslake. Divino Cafe will donate 10% of the sales from DINE IN, DELIVERY, CARRY OUT and HOLIDAY CATERING ORDERS to the 8th grade celebration.

8th Grade Celebration Craft Show
The GMS/Park Campus 8th Grade Celebration Craft and Vendor Show is being held to raise funds for the GMS/Park Campus 8th Grade Celebration at the end of the 2008-2009 school year. The show will include crafters, vendors, a bake sale, and a raffle. We are looking for a variety of vendors/crafters to participate. If you or anyone you know is interested, please download the Craft/Vendor Application.

District 46 Showdown
Mark your calendars for the 9th Annual District 46 Showdown!
A tradition since 2001, this event pits the staffs of Frederick School, Grayslake Middle School, and Park Campus against each other in a friendly, competitive basketball game. The Showdown is sponsored by the PTO's from each of the schools and is a fun way to foster school spirit across District 46.

Graduation News!
We are pleased to announce that the CCSD #46 Eighth Grade Graduation Ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, June 4, 2009.
All eighth grade students will attend full days of school on June 3rd and 4th, 2009. The
graduation ceremony will take place at 7:00 pm in the Grayslake Central High School Field
House. Specific information will be coming home in the forthcoming months.
