ELL Summer School is available for students in grades K-8 who are currently participating in English Language Learner, TBE, TPI classes in District 46. Classes will run from June 14-July 7, 2010 from 8:30-11:25AM. (No classes on July 5th). Visit the ELL Summer School page for more information and to download the registration forms. The Camp Invention program is a nationally acclaimed weeklong summer enrichment day experience for children entering grades 1 through 6. The top priority of Camp Invention is to provide quality enrichment programming in the fields of science, mathematics, history, and the arts. Schools host the program and the week's hands-on activities are led by local teachers to ensure a safe learning environment. The staff to child ratio is 1:8! Camp Invention enhances a child's ability to learn through teamwork and subject immersion while cultivating a new appreciation for discovery - it's learning disguised as fun! Community Consolidated School District 46 is considering adding a half day, tuition based kindergarten for the 2010/2011 school year. Kindergarten students could have the option of full day experience at a tuition rate of approximately $3200 per year. Before proceeding with these plans, we need to determine the level of interest. Trip CCSD 46 will be holding an informal meeting about the upcoming Eighth Grade Washington D.C. trip on February 16th. We will discuss the exciting itinerary, travel cost, and answer questions. In order to serve all families to the best of our abilities, we are having one meeting at Park Campus at 5:30 PM and another at Grayslake Middle School at 7:00 PM. Wednesday, January 13, 2010 will serve as the makeup date for the Keyboarding Proficiency Test that was scheduled for January 7, 2010. The test will begin promptly at 7:15 p.m. Please report to the Grayslake North cafeteria at 7:00 p.m. for instructions and room assignment. If you were already registered for the exam, you do not need to contact the school. Questions can be directed to LeeAnn Taylor.

Posted 7-23-09: CCSD 46 News District 46 will be mailing letters home on July 24th detailing the Student Registration process. Central Registration will take place August 10-13, 2009 at Frederick School. Visit the Central Registration webpage for more information. Posted 7-23-09: PC News Students entering 4th-8th grades are invited to have fun, learn, and practice basic skills while building the Park Campus sports programs. Session 1 runs from August 3-7th and includes basketball and cheerleading. Session 2 runs from August 10-14 and includes volleyball, soccer, softball, and wrestling. Download the Registration Form and return to Park Campus by July 27. Physical required to participate. Posted 7-23-09: PC News D46 is holding a sports physical night on August 26th from 4:00-7:00 PM for all students who would like a physical to participate in sports programs at Park Campus or Grayslake Middle School for the upcoming year.
