On Friday, October 25, 2013, the Racho family of Hainesville lost their home to a fire. The Rachos have three children who attend Prairieview and Frederick Schools in CCSD46.

Monday morning the Racho family met with staff from both Prairieview and Frederick and were touched by the overwhelming care and support our community has shown them. We would like to thank everyone who has inquired about how they can help support the Racho family. If you are interested in donating something to the family, please take a look at the following links:

All monetary donations can be submitted to:

YouCaring.com: Racho Family
(http://www.youcaring.com/help-a-neighbor/hainesville-il-house-fire-racho-family-rebuild-fund/100123)

Anyone with item donations can email the Racho family directly at the following email address: rachofamilyrebuild@gmail.com with what you have to donate. Once the needs of the family become more apparent, they will be able to email you back directly.

The process of rebuilding is going to be a long one, with the needs of the family every-changing. Items not needed at this time may become crucial as the rebuilding continues. Thank you for your generous offers and unconditional support!
