SECURE CONNECTION ERROR?

If you receive an error message when attempting to log in to the PowerSchool Portal, you will need to manually accept the security certificate or set an exception to accept the security certificate. Check below for instructions depending on which error screen you received:

WEBSITE CERTIFIED BY UNKNOWN AUTHORITY
(Firefox 2.x - Windows)

Click the first radio button to accept this certificate permanently.
Most browsers will automatically accept the certificate, but some will not. If your browser does not recognize the CCSD Security Certificate automatically, please select this option to manually accept the CCSD 46 Security Certificate.

SECURE CONNECTION FAILED
(Firefox 3.x - Windows)

If you receive this Secure Connection Failed screen select the button or link to Add Exception...

This will bring up another screen where you should check the box to Permanently store this exception. These steps will ensure that you can launch the PowerSchool Portal.
